Which data

Only what you fill in on the price request form: company name, contact person, e-mail, phone, your message and the products you ask about.

Simply browsing the catalogue leaves no personal data.

What for

To answer your request and, if you become a customer, for follow-up. We do not use your data for advertising and never sell it.

Legal basis: steps you ask for towards a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering a question.

How long

As long as needed to follow up your request, and at most three years after the last contact. Then it is erased.

Where

On a server in the European Union, with a hosting partner that works only for us and does not use the data itself.

If you choose WhatsApp or a phone call, that conversation runs through that service or your phone operator.

Cookies and your device

This site sets no cookies for visitors, uses no analytics and does not track you.

To work without a network too, the app keeps the catalogue (pages and photos) on your device. It also remembers temporarily, per tab, where you were in a list. This stays on your device and never reaches us. You can clear it in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold, have it corrected or erased, and object to its use. E-mail berkanim67@gmail.com; we reply within a month.
